Engineering Leadership Society

The Engineering Leadership Society serves as a landing pad for young engineers eager to improve their technical and professional leadership skills. We act as a subsidiary under the Engineering Leadership Development Minor here at Penn State University as well as the Engineering Leadership Alumni program. We aim to support students in their engineering leadership studies as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in our programs.
